Thank you for being a valued provider in YouthCare’s Provider Network. Effective January 1st, 2024, YouthCare will transition their Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) from CVS Caremark to Express Scripts® Pharmacy.

The pharmacy benefits and all phone/fax numbers for YouthCare members will remain the same.

There will be no change to the DCFS consent fax number for psychotropic medications.
