25th Ward’s Back to School Block Party

Alderman Byron Sigcho-Lopez is hosting an annual Back to School Block Party in Chicago, featuring school supplies, and resources for the community. Meridian and YouthCare will be on-site as participating vendors, offering health information and assistance with redetermination referrals to help individuals stay informed and connected to the care they need.
