The Community Health Partnership of Illinois (CHP) Women’s Health Month Fair is a community wellness event focused on promoting women’s health, preventive care, and access to resources. The event connects women and families with health education, screenings, and community services. Meridian and YouthCare will participate by providing health information, outreach, and educational resources.
