Catholic Charities, in collaboration with several community organizations and MCOs, are hosting this Back to School Fair in Waukegan, featuring school supplies and resources for the community. Meridian and YouthCare are sponsors and will be on-site as participating vendors, offering health information and assistance with redetermination referrals to help individuals stay informed and connected to the care they need.
