Promoting Adoption Success

We know that the transition to adoption is a sensitive and critical process for not only the youth and sibling group, but for the adoptive parents, and other siblings in the family. The approach of supporting adoption is unique and a critical element of preventing adoption disruption during placement or after finalization. YouthCare, and its parent company, have extensive expertise and have implemented this comprehensive initiative across the country.

Adoption support should be put in place as early as possible, and continue post-finalization, for as long as the family and child need support. YouthCare will offer comprehensive physical and behavioral health services and health care coordination in combination with enhanced adoption-specific advocacy for youth as they transition to adoption, are in adoptive placement, and after adoption finalization receiving adoption support.
